For $95, you will receive an informational two-day seminar covering IRS Section 42 (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) course material and 12 hours towards all major LIHTC designed continuing education requirements (HCCP, C3P, NCP, etc.). The seminar will cover topics such as [re]certification process, income, assets, qualifying households, and much, much more.
