2010 Affordable Housing Tax Credit Compliance Seminar

This is an informational two-day seminar covering IRS Section 42 (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) course material and 12 hours towards all major LIHTC designed continuing education requirements (HCCP, C3P, NCP, etc.). The seminar will cover topics such as [re]certification process, income, assets, qualifying households, and much, much more.
*Certificates will be given for the completion of this two-day course.

Registration fee of $95 is due by April 30th, 2010; payments received after this date must include a $15 late payment fee. Registration for this event has closed.
NIFA has reserved a limited amount of rooms for the nights of May 11th and 12th. Contact the Country Inn & Suites - Lincoln at 402-476-5353 prior to April 20th to reserve a room at the discounted rate of $79/night for a single and $84/night for a double.
