2013 Qualified Allocation Plan

The 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program has been approved by Governor Heineman and is available by clicking the following link: Application. This will be the first year that NIFA will utilize an online application for the LIHTC\HOME Application for both the competitive cycles and CRANE program. A training will be held in NIFA’s Board Room at 1230 O Street, 2nd Floor, Lincoln, NE on December 11, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. CST for those interested in learning more about the online application system.
