    NIFA will be holding a Community Development Conversation (CDC) Luncheon in Wayne, Nebraska on Friday, July 14th, 2017 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at the Elkhorn Valley Bank 411 East 7th Street Wayne, NE. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend the luncheon. Please register to attend this informational event!

    The CDC Luncheon, sponsored by NIFA, meets each month in a different community, to identify and prioritize the housing and community development needs facing the citizens of Nebraska. Local government, community and business leaders are invited to attend and participate in a discussion focused specifically on the host community. In partnership with other housing and community development resource providers, a customized presentation is given on potential local, state and federal resources that are available to meet the community’s needs.

    The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority ("NIFA") will hold a Focus Group Meeting to gather comments in preparation of creating the 2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Nebraska Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC) package. The meeting will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CST in the NIFA Board Room located at 1230 "O" Street, 2nd Floor, Lincoln, NE.
