The annual Housing Innovation Marketplace conference brings together approximately 600 community leaders and housing partners from across Nebraska and the country to discuss affordable housing and community development. The Annual LIHTC Compliance Training provides a thorough review of IRS regulations and guidance; verification and document requirements; instructions on calculating income; case studies and much more.  The seminar is intended for anyone with responsibility for housing credit properties including site managers and other management staff, asset managers, and owners/developers.  It is also suitable for attorneys, syndicators and others with an interest in the details of LITHC occupancy requirements.  In order to receive points on the LIHTC application you must attend both days.

The 16th annual Housing Innovation Marketplace was held on March 13th and 14th, 2018 at the La Vista Conference Center.  Attendance grew this year with more than 420 participants from 30 Nebraska counties and 37 communities and 20 states.  We had a record 39 exhibitors and more than 85 speakers covering Single Family, Multi Family, Technical, Homelessness and Workforce Housing topics.
