The NIFA Conference brings together community leaders, housing partners and supportive service providers from across the state and country to discuss affordable housing and community development.

The 2023 Lender Training will inform you about new things happening at NIFA and highlight what to expect for the 2023 home buying season. Loan officers, operations team members, new partners and seasoned partners at participating NIFA lenders should attend. Are you ready to take a deeper dive into sales and operations? NIFA requires attendance of at least one sales representative and one operations representative from each participating lender at the morning session.

The 2023 Annal LIHTC Compliance Training is a comprehensive course to help affordable housing professionals become skilled in project compliance. It's customized to highlight Nebraska-specific policies and procedures, in addition to federal requirements.
