2021 Application and 2020/2021 9% Qualified Allocation Plan Now Available

The 2020/2021 Amended and Restated 9% Qualified Allocation Package (including the LIHTC\AHTC\HOME \CDBG-DR application, and all other documents) has been finalized and is now available at nifa.org

As a reminder, the application deadlines for Round One are as follows: 

Threshold Deadline: 5:00 p.m. CST on December 7, 2020 

Final Deadline: 5:00 p.m. CST on February 1, 2021 

The online application system is activated to accept 2021 applications.
