Congratulations on the Groundbreaking of Bethlehem House Apartments!
Bethlehem House Apartments is a collaboration between Foundations Development, the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA), and nonprofit Bethlehem House.
The 15-unit project, when completed in June 2022, will house low-income families with children, with preference given to graduates of Bethlehem House. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately.
"NIFA is honored to be a part of this important project that increases the opportunities for single mothers and their families." -Shannon Harner (NIFA Executive Director)
"This project is truly special because of how it will help unite families. It’s an honor to play a part in this project coming together.” -Rob Woodling (Foundations Development, LLC)
Thank you to all individuals that participated in this event! We are excited to see this project progress through all stages of development. Stay tuned for future updates!
