NIFA has assisted over 150 Nebraska communities with housing studies that have helped them identify their needs.
The Housing Study Grant Program is used to stimulate ideas for comprehensive development plans encompassing housing, community, and economic development opportunities in Nebraska. Eligible applicants include any nonprofit housing or economic development entity without direct access to property tax revenues.
NIFA is pleased to announce that the following agencies have received Housing Study Grant awards:

• McCook Economic Development Corporation
• Western Nebraska Economic Development
