4% LIHTC/Tax Exempt Bond Round Three

Due to strong demand for the Private Activity Volume Cap, which has significantly depleted availability, NIFA will not hold a third round of the 4% LIHTC/Tax Exempt Bond cycle. Rather, in an effort to accelerate the 2022 4% LIHTC/Tax Exempt bond cycle, NIFA will endeavor to begin the first round of the 2022 cycle in late 2021.
