New Income Limits & Recapture Tax Notice - Update #19-17
Program Update #19-17 dated 6/5/19
NIFA is announcing new household income limits based on the 2019 limits published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Please note the limits increased for all counties in Nebraska. The new limits are effective for all loans with a reservation date in Lender Online on and after June 5, 2019.
