Community-Based Organization
Community-based organizations such as non-profits, local government, housing authorities and community development groups are our partners in bringing NIFA programs to communities throughout the state. Such organizations should serve to empower local citizens to design, develop and implement plans for addressing the community's housing and economic development needs in order to improve the quality of life for all.
