The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority will hold three Focus Group Meetings in the month of January to gather comments in preparation for the creation of the 2024/2025 Low Income Housing Tax Credity (LIHTC) and Nebraska Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC) Allocation Package. The meetings will be held on:
