NIFA Announces 2024/2025 QAP Focus Group Meetings
The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority will hold three Focus Group Meetings in the month of January to gather comments in preparation for the creation of the 2024/2025 Low Income Housing Tax Credity (LIHTC) and Nebraska Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC) Allocation Package. The meetings will be held on:
Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 - REGISTER
10 to 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023 - REGISTER
1 to 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023 - REGISTER
10 to 11:30 a.m.
The meetings will be available in-person in the NIFA Board Room at 1230 O Street, Suite 200 in Lincoln, Nebraska or online via the registration links above.
