Exciting news for homebuyers: Federal Home Loan Bank has announced their Homeownership Set-Aside (HSP) and Homeownership Possibilities Expanded (HOPE) program grant funds for first-time and repeat homebuyers. First-time homebuyers may qualify for a grant up to $15,000 and repeat homebuyers may quanlify for a grant up to $12,500!

Even better? These grants may be used with NIFA loans and in conjunction with NIFA's downpayment and closing cost assistance!
