NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (the “Authority) will hold a public hearing at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at the offices of the Authority at 1230 “O” Street, Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska, at which time any person may be heard regarding the proposed issuance of the bond described below.  

The Authority will consider the information obtained during the public hearing and take appropriate action that it may deem warranted including submission of a transcript of the hearing to the designated elected official who must approve or disapprove, pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, the proposed issuance of the bond.

Agricultural Division – The Authority will consider the proposed issuance of its $400,000 Agricultural Development Direct Loan Revenue Bond (Brady Harrenstein Project #1384) (the “Bond”) in order to finance the purchase of approximately 80 acres of farm real estate with an irrigation well located in the E ½ of NW ¼ of Section 33, Township 9N, Range 9W of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.

All interested persons are invited to present comments at the public hearing (or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to the Authority at the address shown below) concerning the issuance of the Bond and the purpose therefore.  Persons requiring an accommodation consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act are asked to contact Amy Krutz at the Authority at (402) 434-3900 at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing.  For additional information, contact Robin Ambroz, Deputy Director of Programs at (402) 434-3900.
