Announcing new NIFA homebuyer income and purchase price limits

NIFA is pleased to announce new income limits and purchase price limits for the First Home and Welcome Home programs! The new, increased limits are effective for all loans reserved in Lender Online on and after July 13, 2023.

The new program limits are listed on the appropriate pages of the Homebuyers and Renters section of NIFA's website. The Information Sheet posted under program documents in Lender Online also includes the new limits.

Initial Recapture Tax Notice: The Initial Recapture Tax Notice delivered at loan application has been updated with the date of 7/13/2023. Participating Lenders can use the updated notice immediately and will be required to use it for all loans reserved on or after August 1, 2023.
