Natural Disaster Program - Update #19-18
Program Update #19-18 dated 6/11/19
NIFA is announcing new mortgage rates for our Natural Disaster Program ("NDP") launched on April 18, 2019 (Program Update #19-12). The new NDP rates are effective immediately. Please refer to Appendix I for borrower eligibility requirements, income and purchase price limits.
There is $2.3 million available in funding. Loan applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
